| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期恒温湿化氧疗对低出生体重儿体温恢复的效果。方法对 10 6例低出生体重儿随机分成两组 ,观察组 (A组 ) 5 3例 ,在复温同时施行恒温湿化氧疗 ;对照组 (B组 ) 5 3例 ,按传统复温方法和吸氧指征给氧。观察比较两组复温效果。结果A组比B组缩短了复温时间 ,提高了血氧饱和度升高值 ,减少了并发症 ,提高了存活率 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论早期恒温湿化氧疗复温安全可行 ,提高了复温效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To find the effect of early moistened oxygen therapy under constant temperature on body temperature restoration in low weight infant. Method 106 cases of low body weight infants were randomly divided into two groups. Study group (53 cases) was given moistened oxygen therapy under constant temperature to restore body temperature. Control group was given traditional method of restoration. Results Study group could shorten the time in restoration and improve the result of SaO 2.It could also decrease the complication and improve survival rate(P<0.01, P<0.05).Conclusion It was safe and effective to restore the body temperature of early moistened oxygen therapy under constant temperature. |
