颅脑损伤后血清表皮生长因子和超氧化物歧化酶的含量变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的测定颅脑损伤患者伤后不同时间血清中表皮生长因子(epiderml growth factor,EGF)和超氧化物歧化酶(supemxide dismutase,SOD)的浓度变化,探讨其在继发性颅脑损伤发病机制中的作用及随损伤时间的变化规律,为临床治疗颅脑损伤的新途径提供理论依据,方法测定42例颅脑损伤患者伤后即刻、第3天、第7天、第14天血清中EGF、SOD的含量。结果颅脑损伤后EGF、SOD浓度显著低于正常对照组,且伤情越重,EGF、SOD浓度越低。结论EGF、SOD浓度与颅脑损伤密切相关,可能参与颅脑损伤后神经元保护及损伤后修复过程。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of serum levels of EGF, SOD and investigate the pathological mechanism of secondary eraniocerebral injury. Methods 42 eases with acute craniocerebral injury were enrolled, their serum levels of EGF, SOD were determined at different times. Results The serum levels of EGF and SOD in the patients with craniocerebral injury were significantly lower than those of normal controls. They were related to the degree of eraniocerebral injury. Conclusion There were close relationships between serum levels of EGF, SOD and the degree of eraniocerebral injury. They might play a role in neuronal-protection and repair following craniocerebral injury.
