| 摘 要： | 在肿瘤学术期刊网络化发展的趋势下,建立门户网站是对肿瘤学期刊提出的新要求.肿瘤期刊门户网站建设应以知识管理为内涵,组织创新为途径,充分利用牵头单位的学术性和门户联盟的运作模式,通过建立网站管理者与用户为一体的学习型组织,强化服务功能,进而更好地体现和延伸肿瘤学期刊的社会价值.

| Abstract: | With the network trend of developing oncology academic journals, constructing portal website is the new requirement of oncology academic journals.Constructing portal website should take knowledge management as its content,the management innovation as a way,fully utilize academic influence of focal group institutions and operating modes of portal alliance. Constructing website manager and user integrated learning organization so as to strengthen service function and better reflect and extend social values of the journals. |
