摘    要:本文对绩效、绩效评估和绩效管理的概念进行了介绍,阐述了平衡计分卡理论的框架、理念及应用现状。在对我国妇幼保健机构的功能定位以及存在的相关问题进行分析的基础上,对平衡计分卡理论和方法在妇幼保健机构绩效评价和绩效管理中应用的可行性和适用性进行了分析探讨,旨在为我国妇幼保健机构的绩效评价和绩效管理实践提供借鉴和参考,促进妇幼保健机构的规范化发展。

The balanced scorecard (BSC) and performance assessment and performance management in maternal and children''s health care organizations
Abstract:This article has introduced the conception of performance,performance assessment and performance management,and summarized the framework,connotation and application status of the balanced scorecard(BSC).Based on the analysis on the function and related problems of maternal and children's health care organizations,the feasibility and adaptivity of the application of BSC in performance assessment and performance management of maternal and children's health care organizations have been analyzed and explored.The aim is to provide references for practice and promote the development of standardization of the organizations.
