“见肝之病,知肝传脾”思想在抑郁症防治中的运用

“见肝之病,知肝传脾”思想体现着肝脾之间气机相调、营血互养的密切关系,同时也蕴含着脏腑间的相互关系和疾病的传变规律,对指导“治未病”具有重要意义。抑郁症患者中医病位要素多责于肝、脾两脏,通过运用“见肝之病,知肝传脾”这一“治未病”思想,结合状态医学理论,从未病先防、欲病救萌、既病防变、瘥后防复四个方面探讨抑郁症的防治,为医者提供疾病防治的理论参考,进一步提高抑郁症的中医药防治水平。

Application of"Seeing the Disease of Liver,Knowing the Disease of Liver Transmitting to Spleen"in Prevention and Treatment of Depression

The idea of"seeing the disease of liver,knowing the disease of liver transmitting to spleen"reflects the close relationship between liver and spleen,regulating each other by qi and nourishing each other by blood,and also contains the relation between viscera and the law of disease development.This view is of great significance in guiding the"preventive treatment of disease".In the population of depression patients,syndrome elements of disease location are mainly assigned to the two internal organs of liver and spleen.With the guidance of the idea of"seeing the disease of liver,knowing the disease of liver transmitting to spleen",combining with the theory of state medicine,the prevention and treatment of depression were explored in four aspects:preventing before disease,treating at the very beginning,preventing the deterioration and preventing of recurrence.This understanding can provide doctors with a theoretical reference for this disease,and further improve the effect of TCM on the prevention and treatment of depression.
