乙型肝炎病毒相关性肝细胞癌患者希望水平现状及影响因素分析

目的调查乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关性肝细胞癌患者希望水平现状并探讨其影响因素。方法对2017年10月-2018年3月在我院住院的390例HBV相关性肝细胞癌患者进行问卷调查。采用多元线性回归分析探讨HBV相关性肝细胞癌患者希望水平的影响因素。结果 HBV相关性肝细胞癌患者希望水平得分为(37.91±4.59)分,处于中等偏上水平。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入患者的希望水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归结果显示,文化程度(95%CI:0.923~1.994,P=0.000)、家庭人均月收入(95%CI:2.030~3.131,P=0.000)是HBV相关性肝细胞癌患者希望水平的影响因素。结论医护人员应将HBV相关性肝细胞癌患者希望水平的影响因素作为干预措施的参考依据,采取有针对性的措施提高其希望水平,从而更好地提高其生命质量。

Investigation and analysis of the current situation of hope level of patients with HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Methods Questionnaire survey of 390 patients with HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma in general, and hope was conducted using the general patient questionnaire and the Herth hope index(HHI).Results The hope level of HBVrelated hepatocellular carcinoma patients was(37.91±4.59), and the total score was above the upper-middle level. The results of single factor analysis showed that different age groups, gender, education level, marital status, and monthly household income per capita. The difference in hope levels between the populations was statistically significant(P<0.05). Multiple linear regression results showed that there was a significant correlation between the patient’s education level, family monthly income and hope level(P<0.05). Conclusion Medical staff can use the influencing factors of the hope level of HBV related hepatocellular carcinoma patients as a reference for intervention measures, and take targeted measures to improve their hope level and better improve their quality of life.
