肺癌化疗期患者癌因性疲乏与希望水平的相关性及其它影响因素研究

目的探讨肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏与希望水平现状及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选择2017年7月-2018年6月入住我院的236例肺癌患者为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、Piper疲乏评估修订量表、Herth希望量表对患者进行调查。结果肺癌化疗期患者癌因性疲乏得分为(123.41±21.61)分;希望水平得分为(35.88±6.12)分;二者得分呈负相关(P<0.05);肺癌化疗期患者的疾病临床分期、癌因性疲乏、睡眠状况是希望水平的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论肺癌化疗期患者的癌因性疲乏处于中等水平,希望水平较低,临床护理工作中,应当重视对患者的心理疏导和干预,缓解癌因性疲乏,提升患者的希望水平。

Study on the correlation between cancer-related fatigue and hope level in patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy and other influencing factors

Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue and hope level in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Using convenient sampling method,236 lung cancer patients admitted to a hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The general situation questionnaire,Piper fatigue assessment revised scale and Herth Hope scale were used to investigate the patients.Result The total score of cancer-related fatigue was(123.41±21.61)points;The total score of hope level was(35.88±6.12)points;Cancer-related fatigue and each dimension scores were negatively correlated with the hope level(P<0.05);Patients'clinical stage,cancer-related fatigue,sleep status are the main influence factors of hope level(P<0.01).Conclusion The cancer-related fatigue of patients with lung cancer during chemotherapy is at the medium level,and the hope level is low.In the clinical nursing work,we should pay attention to the psychological counseling and intervention of patients,alleviate the patients'cancer-related fatigue,and improve the hope level of patients.
