近5年国外护理院研究热点的共词聚类分析

目的分析Pubmed数据库中2014-2018年护理院的研究热点和发展现状,旨在为我国护理院的发展提供参考依据。方法在Pubmed数据库中以"nursing homes"为主题进行检索,应用BICOMB 2.0对主题进行统计分析,采用SPSS 22.0进行系统聚类分析。结果共纳入1710篇文献,截取41个高频主题词,归纳出6个研究类团:护理院组织管理与流行病学研究;老年评估研究;护理院用药管理与疼痛管理研究;姑息护理与临终关怀研究;医护工作满意度研究;痴呆症患者及照顾者精神心理研究。结论国外护理院的研究热点分析利于了解该领域的研究现状和发展趋势,可为我国护理院的理论研究与实践发展提供参考。

Clustering analysis of common words in the foreign nursing home research hotspot in recent 5 years

Objective The research hotspots and development status of nursing homes in 2014-2018 in Pubmed database were analyzed to provide reference basis for the development of nursing homes in China.Methods In Pubmed database,"nursing homes"was used as the subject for retrieval,BICOMB 2.0 was used for statistical analysis of the subject.SPSS 21.0 was used for systematic cluster analysis.Results A total of 1710 literatures were included,41 high-frequency subject words were selected.6 research groups were summarized,including geriatric assessment study;study on medication management,pain management in nursing home;palliative care and hospice research;research on satisfaction of medical care work;psychosocial research on dementia patients and caregivers.Conclusion The research hotspot analysis of nursing homes abroad is helpful to understand the research status and development trend of this field,which can provide a reference for the theoretical research and practical development of nursing homes in China.
