Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) has the characteristics of strong infectiousness,familial clustering,rapid progress of the disease,multiple symptoms and signs,hidden symptoms,and long observation period after the disease.Fujian Province is affected by the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,geographical environment,climate,and eating habits.Unlike most of the pathogenic diseases in Wuhan where the epidemic center is located,most of which are cold and wet,most of Fujian have mixed heat.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the TCM etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of the new type of coronavirus pneumonia in Fujian Province in a holistic,dynamic,personalized and whole process.Based on the periods and categories,full coverage,and emphasis on health management principles after recovery,it is particularly important that the three-factor system should formulate traditional Chinese medicine prevention and control measures suitable for Fujian.
