团体式多元化艺术治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者沟通与互动技巧的影响

目的探讨团体式多元化艺术治疗对院内慢性精神分裂症患者沟通与互动技巧的影响。方法将2017年7月-2018年6月在我院住院的慢性精神分裂症患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采取第二代抗精神病药物治疗及常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,给予团体式多元化艺术治疗,比较两组患者干预前后沟通与互动技巧量表(ACIS)评分的差异。结果干预前,两组患者沟通与互动技巧相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组沟通与互动技巧明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论团体式多元化艺术治疗作为慢性精神分裂症患者药物治疗以外的一项辅助治疗方法,能够提高患者的沟通与互动技巧,促进患者社交功能的恢复,为尽早康复、融入社会打下良好的基础。

The effect of group diversified art therapy on communication and interaction skills of patients with chronic schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effect of Group diversified art therapy on communication and interaction skills of patients with chronic schizophrenia in hospital.Methods 120 hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with second generation antipsychotic drugs and routine nursing measures.On the basis of the control group,the study group was given group diversified art therapy.The differences of ACIS scores between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in communication and interaction skills between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,communication and interaction skills in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion As an adjuvant therapy for chronic schizophrenia,group diversified art therapy can improve the communication and interaction skills of patients,promote the recovery of patients'social functions,and lay a good foundation for early recovery and integration into society.
