老年心身疾病患者生活质量与生活满意度的相关性研究

目的了解老年心身疾病患者生活质量和生活满意度的关系.方法采用诺丁汉健康问卷和生活满意度Z评定54例老年心身疾病患者的状况,与54例老年非心身疾病患者和健康老人对照.结果老年心身疾病患者的生活质量差于非心身疾病的老人和健康老人,主要表现在躯体活动、性生活、家务、嗜好和社会活动等方面;生活满意度也以老年心身疾病组患者为差;社交状况越差的老年患者,生活满意度越低.结论心理干预有助于改善老年心身疾病患者的生活质量.

Correlative study on quality of life and life satisfaction index in elderly with psychosomatic diseases.

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the quality of life and life satisfaction index in elderly with psy- chosomatic diseases. Methods The Nottingham health profile (NHP) and the life satisfaction index Z (LSIZ) were examined in 54 elderly with psychosomatic diseases, and examined in 54 withont with elderly control subjects chronic illness but psychosomatic diseases and 54 health elderly control. Results The quality of life of the patient groupo was worse than those of the two control groups. The life staisfaction index of the patient group was worse than those of chronic illness elderly cotrol without psychosomatic diseases. Results of canonical analysis of the factors NHP and LSIZ in elderly with psychosomatic diseases showed that 'social life' was positively related to the life satisfaction index. Conclusions It is instrumental to improving the quality of life in elderly with psychosomatic diseases via psychointervention.
