| 摘 要： | 目的探讨客观评价临床科室诊疗技术水平的有效方法.方法设计诊疗信息调查表,确定资料收集的合理流程,建立诊疗技术信息库,对资料进行统计分析.结果该方案能提供临床科室诊疗技术水平的正确评价、学科评估及科室考核的客观指标;能提供学科发展的动态指标、重点学科的评定和建设依据.结论临床科室诊疗技术评价为医院的综合管理打下了良好的基础.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate on the effectual evaluation method of technologies on diagnosis and treatment in clinical departments. Methods Designing questionary, collecting data, making database and statistical analysis. Results This method can conclude the evaluation information of technologies on diagnosis and treatment in clinical departments, the external index of subject evaluation and checking department, the dynamic index of subject progress and the reference of assessing kernel subject. Conclusion The evaluation of technologies on diagnosis and treatment in clinical departments is the important base of hospital management. |
