摘    要:目的 运用美学测量软件评价面部轮廓整形手术效果。方法 通过定点测量下颌角肥大矫正手术前后照片的面部特征性美学指标,统计学分析手术前后指标的变化情况。结果 面部轮廓整形手术后患者下颌角弧度变大,角度变大,下颌角宽指数变小,四组测量指标手术前后数值差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论 计算机辅助的照片测量软件具有准确、快速、省时省力的的优点,因而在临床上有着广阔的运用前景。

Abstract:Objective To estimate the operative effects of the facial contours cosmetic surgery using a software for esthetics measurement. Methods Aesthetic parameters of the face relating to the prominence of mandibular angle were measured by angel software pre- and post-operations, and then analyzed statistically. Results The preoperative radian of the mandibular angle and the gonion degree were bigger and the zygomatic-frontal indices were smaller than those of the post-operative. There were significant differences in the results of measurement between pre - and post- operations. Conclusion Computer assisted photogrammetric software possesses accurate, fast and time - saving functions and may be used widely in the future.
