| 摘 要： | 对郑州市二七区、中原区1986～1988年白血病的发病因素进行了调查。每年的调查人群数分别为449687,481206,503815人,共发现44例新发白血病。调查表明,年龄因素与发病关系明显,老年人(≥50岁)发病率明显高于中青年人。采用病例与对照1:2配对调查的方法,进行发病危险因素的单因素分析和Logistic多元回归分析,结果均显示密切接触化学品是白血病发病的重要危险因素,服用乙双吗啉是危险因素,10年内多次接触x线和遗传因素也可能和白血病发病有关。

| Abstract: | Pathogenic factors of leukemia in Erqi and Zhonyuan Districts of ZhengZhoufrom 1986 to 1988 were investigated .449687,481206 and 503815 persons wereinvestigated each year respectively. Altogether 44 new cases of luekemia werefound.The results showed that age factors were related evidently to the genesisof leukemia,and the incidence of leukemia in aged persons(5 years of age)washigher than that in middle aged and young persons.The means of 1 to 2 match-ed pair investigation of cases and control was adopted.Single factor analysisand Logistic multivariate regression analysis of dangerous pathogenic factors we-re carried out.results indicated that close contact with chemicals was an impor-tant dangerous factor of the genesis of leukemia Taking in Bimolane (AT-1727)was a dangerous factor. Multople exposure to X-ray for 10 years and geneic fac-tors might also be related to the genesis of leukemia. |
