间接眼底镜联合显微镜行巩膜扣带术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离

目的：观察间接眼底镜联合手术显微镜在孔源性视网膜脱离手术的临床效果。方法：对42例孔源性视网膜脱离患者42只眼,间接眼底镜下行裂孔定位及冷凝,手术显微镜下预置外加压块和（或）环扎带及排放视网膜下液和前房穿刺。手术结束前间接眼底镜下明确裂孔和加压嵴关系。定期观察术后视力、眼内反应和视网膜复位情况。结果：视网膜1次复位率95%,视力〈0.1者8只眼,占19%;0.1~0.4者21只眼,占50%;≥0.5者1 3只眼,占3 1%。结论：间接眼底镜联合手术显微镜治疗孔源性视网膜脱离手术效果良好。

The Surgery of Scleral Bucking by Microscope and Indirect Ophthalmoscopy in Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment

Objective：To observe the efficacy of indirect ophthalmoscopy and surgical microscope in surgery for treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment（RD）.Methods ：In 42 patients（42 eyes）with single rhegmatogenous RD,scleral indentation combined with retinal cryopexy through sclera under indirect ophthalmoscopy were performed,and then,bucking and/or circling、the drainage of subretinal fluid、paracentesis of anterior chambet were performed under surgical microscope,At the end of surgery,The relation of retinal breaks and silicone bucking was exmined under indirect ophthalmoscopy.Visual acuity,intraocular reactions and the condition of retinal reattachment were observed each time.Result： The one-operation reattachment rate was 95%,The best-corrected visual acuity was0.1 in 8 eyes（19%）,0.1～0.4 in 21 eyes（50%）and0.5 in 13 eyes（31%）.Conclusion： To perform rhegmatogenous retinal detachment surgery under indirect ophthalmoscopy and surgical microscope is effect.
