摘    要:低摩擦轻力矫治是矫治牙移动达到生理性骨改建的条件。自锁托槽的出现为轻力矫治创造了条件。目前自锁托槽均为进口,根据低摩擦轻力的特点,傅民魁等设计了低摩擦轻力(LF)托槽,取得国家专利。该托槽具有轻力矫治的特点。同时指出,在各种低摩擦轻力矫治中使用高质量的NiTi弓丝是十分重要的。

Abstract:Low friction and low force are critical in achieving physical bone remodeling in orthodontic treatment. The emergence of self-ligation brackets made low force orthodontic correction possible. Until now all self-ligation brackets available in China market are imported and that leads to high price and relatively low acceptance. According to the characteristics of low friction and low force LF bracket were designed and obtained national patent. The principle of low force correction is well implemented in LF system though LF bracket is not a self-ligation bracket. Meanwhile it is indicated that the use of high quality NiTi wires is vital in low friction and low force correction.
