| 摘 要： | 目的了解新兵训练期间急腹症的发病情况。方法通过查阅新兵训练期间卫生所巡诊记录,旅医院门诊、住院病历及体系医院病历对某部1984名2005年入伍的男性新兵在训练期间急腹症的发病情况进行统计分析。结果1984名新兵中有27名患急腹症,患病率为1.36%,明显高于同期内3485名1年以上老兵急腹症的患病率(0.60%),P<0.05。结论新兵急腹症可能与训练有一定关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To realize the occurrence of recruits' acute abdomen during military training. Methods Methods Through checking the medical records of health center and brigade hospital, statistical analysis on acute abdomen during the training was carried out in 1,984 recruits who entered the service in 2005Results Of 1,984, 27 recruits (1.36%) suffered from acute abdomen. The rate was significantly higher than that of 3,485 veterans (0.60%) who had been in the army for more than one year (P<0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that recruits' acute abdomen may have something to do with their military training. |
