老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的腔内介入治疗疗效评估

目的 探讨介入治疗在老年下肢动脉闭塞性疾病中的临床应用价值.方法 评估287例老年下肢动脉闭塞性疾病行腔内血管成形术（PTA）及选择性血管内支架置入术后的临床疗效.结果 介入治疗成功率96%,临床表现好转率83%,血管再通率为96%,踝/肱指数由0.19～0.63,平均（0.44±0.15）,上升为0.46～0.93,平均（0.71±0.22）.结论 应用PTA及选择性支架置人为主的综合介入治疗是治疗老年下肢动脉闭塞性疾病有效的治疗方法,但需严格掌握其适应证.

Assessment of endovascular therapy in aged lower extremity artery occlusive diseases

Objective To assess the clinical value of interventional therapy for elderly patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities. Methods 287 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities were treated with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty （PTA） and stenting approached by interventionat therapy, while their effects were evaluated. Results The success rate of intervention was 96 %. The clinical improvement rate was 83 %. The Revascularization rate was 96%. Clinical symptoms were all improved in the patients with all the lesions after interventional therapy. The ankle-brachial index was elevated from （0.19-0.63） （mean 0.44±0.15） up to （0.46-0.93） （mean 0.71±0.22 ）. Conclusion Interventional therapy of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty （PTA） and stenting approached is effective in treating stenosis or occlusion of the elderly lower limb artery occlusive diseases.
