加速康复在阑尾切除手术患者围手术期的应用研究

目的观察加速康复理念在阑尾切除术患者围手术期应用的有效性、安全性。方法随机将150例阑尾切除手术患者分为加速康复治疗组（实验组）75例,常规治疗组（对照组）75例,分析研究两组患者术后肠道通气、住院时间、住院费用等有效性指标,并观察实验组的不良反应。结果实验组较对照组术后肠道通气时间、住院天数缩短,住院费用减少（P〈0.05）,不良反应无增加。结论加速康复理念方案在阑尾切除术中可以促进术后患者肠道功能恢复,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,且不增多术后并发症的发生,是安全、经济、有效、可靠的围手术期处理方案。

The clinical use of fast track idea in perioperative appendectomy patient
