| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈型颈椎病的综合治疗效果。方法对我科自1999年7月至2010年7月治疗的颈型颈椎病96例,分为观察组(综合治疗组)和对照组(药物治疗加休息组)各48例。观察组采用药物治疗、牵引、理疗、较重者颈深丛阻滞。观察两组临床效果。结果观察组治愈率66.7%,总有效率为97.9%。对照组治愈率37.5%,总有效率为77.1%。两组治愈率、总有效率比较,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论正规药物治疗、牵引、理疗、颈深丛阻滞等方法相结合治疗颈型颈椎病疗效满意。 |
