| 摘 要： | 目的通过对1 621例宫颈液基细胞学的结果分析,探讨宫颈疾病的发病情况,使患者早预防,早诊断,早治疗。方法用专用的细胞取样刷对患者进行取样,利用液基超薄细胞检测系统进行制片,固定,染色,按照TBS分级系统的诊断标准做出判断。结果 1621例患者取材均为满意涂片,检出异常结果有:意义不明的不典型鳞状细胞29例,鳞状上皮内高度病变6例,鳞状上皮内低度病变4例,念珠菌感染14例,细菌过度增生5例。结论宫颈液基细胞学检查能提高诊断率,有助于阻止宫颈上皮内瘤变病变升级,降低宫颈癌的发病率,为患者得到及时正确治疗提供的依据。
