45岁以上体检者8003例血糖和尿酸的检测结果分析

摘要 目的：了解45岁以上各年龄段空腹血糖和尿酸水平及其升高与性别年龄的关系。方法：用酶法检测体检者空腹血尿酸（UA）水平,用氧电极法检测GLU水平。结果：各年龄组血糖、血尿酸结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，各年龄组男、女的血尿酸结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，各年龄组男性血尿酸均高于女性；各年龄组的血尿酸异常率、空腹血糖受损率及糖尿病患病率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：随年龄增长，空腹血糖受损、糖尿病、高尿酸血症发病率增加,并高于其他报道。

The examination of glucose, uric acid in 8003 health persons 45 years or older

Objective To study the levels of fasting serum glucose(GLU) and uric acid(UA) in the age groups over 45(years old). To observe the relationship of the prevalence of high uric acid and hyperglycemia with sex and age.Methods The level of fasting UA was measured with uricase method and fasting glucose level was measured by electrode. Results The level of GLU and the ratios of impaired fasting glucose(IFG)and diabetes were significant different among all age groups. The serum uric acid level and the positive rate of high uric acid were found higher in male than that in female in each age group. Conclusion The level of UA and the ratios of IFG, the prevalence of diabetes and hyperuricemia were increased with age. The results obtained in the present study are obviously higher than those in other reports.
