姚希贤瘀血论治慢性肝纤维化经验

姚希贤教授对慢性肝病治疗经验丰富,疗效显著。他结合现代医学理论,立足瘀血证,对慢性肝病的治疗除病因治疗,更强调对肝纤维化的治疗,以减缓、阻止乃至逆转其病理进程。注重辨病与辨证相结合,倡导以重用丹参“活血化瘀”为主,辅（兼）“扶正补虚”为治疗本病的基本方法,在中医的整体观和辨证施治原则指导下以益气活血化瘀为主从根本上治疗本病。

Experiences of Professor Yao Xixian in Treating Chronic Hepatic Fibrosis Based on Blood Stasis Theory

Prof.Yao's traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) was handed down from the older generation family in the childhood.He has many experiences for chronic hepatic diseases and it gets good efficacy.He stands at the stasis theory combined with modern medicine,emphasizing pathological and anti-fibrosis therapies in order to slow down,to stop and even to reverse the pathological changes.He pays great attention to the combination of discriminating both disease and syndrome which is termed "zheng" in TCM.He advocates and regards it as fundamental therapies to put important use of Salvia miltiorrhiza for activating blood and eliminating stasis termed as "huoxue huayu" by help of assisting justice and repairing weak termed "fuzheng buxu".In the direction of the treating rules,as a whole and discriminating to treat syndrome,he uses the therapy of benefiting qi,activating blood and eliminating stasis to treat chronic hepatic diseases fundamentally.
