| 摘 要： | 目的分离、鉴定辽东木(Aralia elata(Miq.)Seem.)芽提取物(总皂苷)中的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱,制备高效液相柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为Elatoside F(1)、Araloside G(2)、CongmunosideⅤ(3)、Congmuno-sideⅨ(4)、3OβDglucopyranosyl(1→2)]βDglucopyranosyl(1→3)]αLarabinopyranosylhederagenin(5)。结论化合物5为一新天然产物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of the extract(crude saponins) of the buds of Aralia elata(Miq.) Seem.Methods Chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC.Physical-chemical characters and the spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural identification.Results Compound 1～5 were obtained and their structures were elucidated as elatoside F(1),araloside G(2),congmunoside V(3),congmunoside IX(4),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin(5).Conclusion Compound 5 is a new natural product. |
