乌鲁木齐地区维、汉族错(牙合)合患者Bolton指数初步比较分析

目的：了解Bolton指数在乌鲁木齐地区维吾尔族、汉族错（牙合）患者中性别、民族差异及其分布特点。方法：将符合标准的60副模型按Bolton指数正常和不协调分为正常组和不调组，测量前牙比和全牙比，并进行统计学分析。结果：（1）除维吾尔族男、女性患者前牙比差异无统计学意义外，维吾尔族男、女性患者全牙比和汉族男、女性患者前牙比及全牙比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（2）维、汉族男性患者间Bolton正常组和不调组全牙比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），维、汉族女性患者全牙比及男女性患者Bolton正常组和不调组前牙比差异无统计学意义。结论：Bolton指数在维、汉族错（牙合）患者中分布有差异。

Bolton index comparison of malocclusion patients between Uigur and Han in Urumqi

Objective:To know about distribution, sex difference, ethnic difference of Bolton anterior and overall ratios among Uigur and Han malocclusion groups in Urumqi region. Methods: 60 plaster casts were divided into Bolton normal and Bolton disharmony according to Bolton normal value and one standard deviation. Bolton anterior and overall ratios of each group were measured and compared with other groups. Results:(1) There were significant sex differences of overall ratios in both Uigur and Han patients. There were also significant sex differences of anterior ratio in Han patients. (2) There was significant difference in Bolton overall ratio between Uigur and Han males. Conclusion: Significant difference can be found in both distributions of male, female patients and comparisions of Bolton index between Uigur and Han.
