| 摘 要： | 目的了解慢性乙肝病人外周血CD5+B细胞水平及其与HBV-DNA含量之间的关系;方法分别用流式细胞术及荧光定量PCR技术检测了28例慢性乙肝病人外周血CD5+B细胞水平及HBV-DNA水平;结果两组(DNA阳性组和DNA阴性组)慢性乙肝患者外周血CD5+B细胞水平分别为35.1±8.27%和45.6±8.26%,均显著高于正常组(P>0.01),DNA阳性组患者升高更明显(P<0.01);DNA阳性组患者CD5+B细胞水平与患者HBV-DNA含量见呈显著正相关,r为0.8124(P<0.01);结论CD5+B细胞可作为观察病情变化及疗效的辅助指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the change of peripheral blood CD5~ B cells and its association with HBV-DNA in patients with chronic HBV infection. Methods peripheral blood CD5~ B cells was analyzed by 3-color flow cytometry .Levels of HBV-DNA were also measured by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Result The percentage of CD5~ B cells significantly increased in hepatitis B patients as compared with healthy controls(p<0.01),moreover, the percentage of CD5~ B cells in panels with serum HBV-DNA positive was higher than that of HBV-DNA negative(p<0.01). CD5~ B cells from patients with HBV-DNA positive showd relatively high positive correlation with HBV-DNA copies(p<0.01). Conclusion Detecting peripheral blood CD5~ B cells has a lot of value for the treatment monitoring and the curative effect observation of chronic HBV infection. |
