摘    要:目的研究大蒜素对人食管癌细胞株Eca-109增殖抑制作用。方法传代培养人食管癌细胞,MTT法及流式细胞仪检测测定Eca-109细胞增殖抑制率。结果大蒜素对细胞的生长均有明显的抑制作用,且呈浓度、时间依赖性。结论一定浓度的大蒜素能抑制食管癌细胞的生长。

Abstract:Objective This paper has studied the inhibitory effect of garlicin on the proliferation of the human esophageal cancer cell line Eca- 109. Methods Human esophageal cancer ceil was subcuhured. The inhibition rate of the Era - 109 ceil proliferation was assayed by MTT methods and the alteration of the ceil cycle was detected by flow cytometry. Results The garlicin had dramatic inhibitory effect on the ceil growth, and the inhibition was dependent on its concentration and time. Conclusions Garlicin can inhibit the growth of the human esophageal cancer ceil.
