| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨氯吡格雷（波立维）治疗不稳定型心绞痛（unstable angina,UA）的疗效.方法 128例UA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用常规治疗加首次波立维300mg,口服（治疗组68例）.对照组用常规治疗（对照组60例）,比较两组的疗效.结果 治疗组显效56例（82%）,有效8例（12%）,对照组显效36例（60%）,有效8例（13%）,两组相比差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 UAP患者用负荷剂量的波立维治疗可取得较好的效果.

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the effect of load-dose clopidogrel on unstable angina (UA). [Mehtods] 128 UA patients were random divided into therapy group (68 cases) and control group (60 cases). Patients in therapy group received general treatment in addition to clopidogrel (300mg for first dose). Patients in control group received general treatment. [Results] In therapy group, the treatment was significant effective in 56 cases (82%) and effective in other 8 cases (12%). In control group, the treatment was significant effective in 36 cases (60%) and effective in other 8 cases (13%). The differences between two groups were significant (P <0.05). [Conclusions] UA patients can receive better effect by load-dose clopidogrel than general treatment. |
