eNOS基因在妊娠高血压综合征中的作用

妊娠高血压综合征是产科常见的并发症 ,是引起孕产妇和围产儿死亡的主要原因之一。其发病原因和发病机理目前尚不清楚 ,近年来越来越多的证据表明 ,妊高征与遗传学因素有着密切关系 ,与无妊高征家族史的妇女相比 ,一级亲属的发病率约为一般的 5倍。一氧化氮是重要的血管紧张性调节分子 ,一氧化氮合酶是一氧化氮产生的重要限速酶 ,其中内皮型一氧化氮合酶是与妊高征关系密切的酶 ,研究表明eNOS在妊高征的发病机理中有重要的作用。提示它是妊高征重要的易感基因。国外对在此领域进行了一些研究 ,但仍存在争议。现就eNOS的基因在妊娠高血压综合征中的作用进行阐述。

The role of eNOS gene in pregnancy-induced hypertension

Pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) is a common obstetric complication. It is one of main causes of maternal and fetal deaths. Now the cause and mechanism of PIH is not clear yet, recently more and more evidences indicated that there is a close correlation between PIH and genetic factors. As compared with women who have no family history of PIH, the incidence rate in their first degree relatives is five fold to the normal. These suggested that PIH is a disease affected by genetic and environmental factors. NO is an important regulating molecule of vasomotor tone and blood flow, and nitric oxide synthase is the rate limiting enzyme in the production of NO. Endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) is the primary enzyme which is related to PIH. Many researches have demonstrated that the eNOS gene play an important role in the pathogenesis of PIH and it is indicated that it is an important susceptible gene. In this field, there have been some researches in abroad, but there is a controversy now. Here, we elaborated the roles of eNOS gene in PIH.
