针刺治疗慢性荨麻疹50例及其对血清补体C3的影响

目的 :探讨有效提高慢性荨麻疹疗效的方法及其免疫机理。方法 :92例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察组 50例和对照组 42例 ,观察组采用针刺合谷、血海、足三里、三阴交穴联合抗组胺药仙特敏治疗 ,对照组单纯使用仙特敏 ,观察疗效及治疗前后血清补体C3 的变化。结果 :观察组有效率92 0 % ,对照组有效率 73 6 % ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5) ;慢性荨麻疹患者血清补体C3 治疗前平均水平较健康成人低 ;观察组补体C3 水平治疗前后差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :针刺联合抗组胺药仙特敏疗效优于单纯仙特敏 ,且能相应提高患者的补体C3 水平

Effect of acupuncture on serum complement C3 content in the patient of chronic urticaria

Objective To probe into the method effectively incr easing therapeutic effect on chronic urticaria and its immune mechanism. Methods 92 cases of chronic urticaria were randomized to the a cupuncture group (n=50) treated by acupuncture at Hegu (LI 4), Xuehai (SP 10 ), Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) combined with certirizine and the contr ol group (n=42) treated only by certirizine. The therapeutic effect and chan ges of serum complement C 3 content before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the effective rate was 92 0% in the a cup uncture group and 73 6% in the control group with a significant difference betw een the two groups (P<0 05); the serum complement C 3 content before treatme nt in the patient of chronic urticaria was significantly lower than that in the healthy adult; there was a significant difference before and after treatment in complement C 3 content in the acupuncture group (P<0 05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with certirizine is better than certirizine in the therapeutic effect and increases complement C 3 level in th e patient of urticaria.
