超声在盆腔炎月经期治疗中的检测价值

目的 探讨超声检查判断盆腔炎治疗新途径疗效的价值。方法 将123例年龄在19-47岁的盆腔炎患者随机分为两组，分别采取月经期应用抗生素治疗与中西医结合治疗的方法，两组相比较，利用灰阶超声观察疗效及复发情况。结果 月经期应用抗生素治疗组的65例盆腔炎患者，经过两个月经周期的治疗，超声检查效果显著，盆腔包块消失率87.69%（P＜0.01），治愈率89.69%（P＜0.01），复发率8.62%（P＜0.01）。结论 超声检查为月经期应用抗生素治疗盆腔炎症，特别是对盆腔包块形成的慢性或亚急性炎症的临床判断疗效有重要的客观价值。

The examination value of ultrasound in the treatment for pelvic infection in menstrual cycle summary

Objective Go into the curative value of the new way on u lt rasonic examining treatment for pelvic infection. Methods 123 patients suffering from pelvic infection (age from 19 to 47) are randomly divided into two groups. We use two different ways of treatment during menstrual cycle: antibiotic and c ombining the traditional Chinese medicine with the western one. In comparison wi th the two groups, we use ultrasound to observe the curative effect and relapse. Results In menstrual cycle 65 patients suffering from pelvic infection, after t wo menstrual cycles' treatment with antibiotic, yield nobable results with ultra sonic examination. The rate of detumescence in pelvis is 87.69% (P< 0.01), the rate of cure is 89.69% (P< 0.01) and the rate of relapse is 8.62% (P< 0.01) . Conclusion Ultrasonic examination has an important objective value for antibio tic treating pelvic infection, especially for the clinical curative effect on th e chronic and sub-acute infection formed by the swelling of pelvis.
