多形性脂肪瘤临床病理观察

目的研究软组织多形性脂肪瘤的临床病理学特点,探讨其诊断和鉴别诊断。方法对3例软组织多形性脂肪瘤进行HE染色和免疫组化观察,并复习文献。结果光镜下肿瘤由单核或多核巨细胞、成熟的脂肪组织及梭形细胞组成,多核巨细胞呈花冠样。肿瘤细胞CD34和S100( )。结论多形性脂肪瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤,手术切除,预后良好,应注意与其他良、恶性肿瘤相鉴别。

Pleomorphic lipoma: a clinicopathologic observation

Objective To study the clinicopathological features of pleomorphic lipoma and to explore the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of it. Methods Three cases of pleomorphic lipoma were studied by H-E staining and immunohistochemistry. Results Microscopically, the neoplasm consisted of pleomorphic and multinucleated giant cells (floret cell) in a myxoid stroma containing mucopoiysaccharides, along with an admixture of mature adipocytes, spindle cells. Immunohistochemical analysis revealed that pleomorphic lipoma was positive for CD34 and S-100. Conclusion Pleomorhic lipoma is a rare benign, pseudosarcomatous soft tissue neoplasm with favorable outcome. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pleomorphic lipoma are important.
