| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的临床表现特征，提高早期诊断水平及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析本院6例膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料。结果6例患者术后病理诊断均为膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤．其中4例为恶性。6例术后血压均恢复正常，临床症状消失。3例获随访，时间3个月～20年。各有1例术后5年和20年复发，再次手术。结论血尿、排尿时头晕、头痛、心慌及血压升高为膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的主要症状，尿香草基扁桃酸是主要的定性检查手段，B超、CT、MRI是主要的定位检查手段，手术切除是首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo review the clinical manifestation of pheochromocytoma in bladder,improve the diagnostic and therapeutic level.MethodsClinical data of 6 cases of pheochromocytoma in bladder were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsAll the 6 cases were pathologically diagnosed as pheochromocytoma in bladder,4 of which were malignant.The blood-pressure restored to normal successfully after operation and the clinical symptoms disappeared in all cases.3 cases had been followed up from 3 months to 20 years.Two cases were surgically treated due to recurrence 5 and 20 years respe ctively initial operation.ConclusionFlustration,headache and dizzy during urination,hematuria,and hypertension were the main clinical Symptoms of pheochromocttoma in bladder.Urinary VMA(Vanillylmandelic acid) is the main mean of quantitative diagnosis,B-ultrasonography,CT and MRI were main diagnosis means of localization.Surgical operation is still the firstly selected mean to treat pheochromocytoma in bladder. |
