| 摘 要： | 目的 :对通心络胶囊治疗风湿性心瓣膜病 (风心病 )心力衰竭的疗效及安全性作出评价。方法 :采用随机对照 ,治疗组 45例给予通心络胶囊 ( 4粒 ,每日 3次 ) ,对照组 30例给予常规强心、利尿、扩血管疗法。4周后进行心力衰竭疗效、主要症状、LVEF及毒副作用评估。结果 :在心力衰竭疗效、主要症状疗效、提高 LVEF等方面 ,治疗组与对照组疗效近似。结论 :通心络胶囊治疗风心病心力衰竭疗效满意 ,且能明显改善主要症状 ,无毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Tong Xin Luo capsule in treating heart failure cases with rheumatic heart valve diseases. Methods: Random control was conducted. 45 cases were treated with Tong Xin Luo capsule (4 capsules each time, three times a day). 30 cases in the control were treated with routine therapy including cardiotonic drugs, diuresis and vasodilation drags. Evaluations were carried out after 4 weeks of treatment. Results: No differences were found between the two groups including therapeutic efficacy of the heart failure, major symptoms, LEVF and side effects. Conclusion: Tong Xin Luo capsule was effective in treating heart failure cases with rheumatic heart valve diseases. It could effectively and significantly improve the symptoms and without toxic effects. |
