| 摘 要： | 目的 克隆人分泌型肿瘤坏殛因子相关激活诱导因子（ｓＴＲＡＮＣＥ）的编码区ｃＤＮＡ片段。方法 从人淋巴结组织提取总ＲＮＡ，利用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ技术扩增人ｓＴＲＡＮＣＥ基因编码区序列，将其克隆至ｐＭＤ１８－Ｔ载体中，并行序列测定。结果 克隆获得的７４４ｂｐ片段与文献报道的人ｓＴＲＡＮＣＥ基因编码区ｃＤＮＡ序列一致。结论 本研究为进一步研究ｓＴＲＡＮＣＥ的生物学性能和用于肿瘤生物治疗的可能性打下了基础。

| Abstract: | Objective To clone the human secreted form tumor necrosis factor(TNF)|related activation|induced cytokine(sTRANCE). Methods Human sTRANCE cDNA was amplified with total RNA from human lymph node tissue by RT|PCR,then cloned into pMD 18|T vector and sequenced. Results The cloned human sTRANCE cDNA sequence is identical to the published sequence. Conclusion These results lay foundations for study biological actions and potential utility in neoplasms treatment of sTRANCE.; |
