摘    要:目的 克隆人分泌型肿瘤坏殛因子相关激活诱导因子(sTRANCE)的编码区cDNA片段。方法 从人淋巴结组织提取总RNA,利用RT-PCR技术扩增人sTRANCE基因编码区序列,将其克隆至pMD18-T载体中,并行序列测定。结果 克隆获得的744bp片段与文献报道的人sTRANCE基因编码区cDNA序列一致。结论 本研究为进一步研究sTRANCE的生物学性能和用于肿瘤生物治疗的可能性打下了基础。

Abstract:Objective To clone the human secreted form tumor necrosis factor(TNF)|related activation|induced cytokine(sTRANCE). Methods Human sTRANCE cDNA was amplified with total RNA from human lymph node tissue by RT|PCR,then cloned into pMD 18|T vector and sequenced. Results The cloned human sTRANCE cDNA sequence is identical to the published sequence. Conclusion These results lay foundations for study biological actions and potential utility in neoplasms treatment of sTRANCE.;
