| 摘 要： | 目的评价89SrCl2对多发性骨转移瘤的疗效和副作用.方法对83例用89SrCl2治疗后的多发性骨转移瘤伴骨痛病例进行回顾性分析,分别从缓解骨痛、骨显像疗效、毒副反应等进行分析.结果 83例伴有骨痛的患者经治疗后,31.3%完全缓解,37.3%中度缓解,18.1%轻度缓解,总有效率为86.7%.毒副反应主要为白细胞和血小板一过性降低,且降幅仅达20%左右.结论放射性同位素89Sr内照射治疗多发性骨转移瘤毒副作用低、疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects of 89Sr metastron on treating multiple osseous metastasis tumor. Methods The total 83 patients had been treated by intravenously injecting 89Sr metastron at a dose of 2.22 MBq/kg. Results Among 83 cases, 31.3% of them got complete remission, 37.3% moderate remission, and 18.1% slight remission. The total effective rate was 86.7%. The side effects were mild, and only white blood cells and platelets transiently fell by 20%. Conclusion Internal radiotherapy with 89Sr metastron is the good alternative in treating multiple osseous metastasis tumor. |
