| 摘 要： | 目的比较两种不同的湿化给氧方法对机械通气患者撤机后的影响。方法撤机后仍保留人工气道的患者60例,随机分为两组,实验组30例,采用经加热湿化给氧法;对照组30例,采用传统的气泡式湿化器给氧法,并进行连续观察。结果于撤机后48 h氧饱和度均值,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);发生气道痉挛、刺激性咳嗽者,对照组高于实验组(P<0.05);需重新机械通气者对照组高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论经加热湿化器给氧法能改善撤机后患者的氧合状态,减少人工气道的并发症,降低重复机械通气的机率。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect of oxygen supply by two kinds of humidification after remove machine. Method 60 patients with artificial air channels After remove machine were divided into two groups.30 patients in experimental group has oxygen supply by heated humidification.30 patients in control group was given oxygen by routine air bubble humidification Results The saturated oxygen concentration 48 hours after remove machine in experimental was higher that of control group(P<0.05).the rate of air channels convulsion and irritative cough in control group was higher than that of experimental group(P<0.05) Conclusions oxygen supply by heated humidification after remove machine will improve the oxygen supply,and reduce the complication in artificial air channel and repeated machine ventilation. |
