| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心先安联合赖诺普利治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)临床疗效。方法：将120例CHF患者分为观察组和对照组，对照组应用常规药物(利尿剂、扩血管药物、洋地黄、极化液、杭生素等)治疗，观察组在应用常规药物治疗的基础上加用心先安及赖诺普利，从临床症状和体征、心电图等对CHF疗效方面的改变对比分析研究。结果：观察组临床疗效、心电图疗效较对照组有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。结论：心先安联合赖诺普利治疗CHF临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of meglumine cyclic adenylate (MCA)combinded with lisinopril in treating congestive heart failure (CHF)patients.Methods:120 patients were divided into two groups: observing group and control group.Both group of patients were treated with ordinary treatment measures(diuretics?dilatation drug?digitalis?G.I.K?antibiotic),but MCA and lisinopril were given in the observing group .The degree of improvement in clinical symptoms?signs?ECG of two groups before and after treatment were compared . Results:The effect in clinical symptoms ?ECG were significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Significant therapeutic effect were obtained in treating patients of CHF by using MCA combined with lisinopril. |
