| 摘 要： | 目的 艾滋病哨点监测工作。方法 于1999年对杭州市区各类高危人群共2626人份血清标本进行艾滋病血清学检测。结果 检出7例HIV抗体阳性，检出率为0．27％。结论 群居吸毒，共用注射器导致HIV感染呈簇状分布，今后需加大宣传教育力度，注重不同群体的不同宣教方式。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To understand the HIV infective rate from the spot surveillance for AIDS.METHODS 2,626 serum samples from the high risk populations in Hangzhou city were tested for detecting AIDS or HIV infections in 1999. RESULTS 7 cases with HIV positive were found; the detected rate was 0 27%. CONCLUTION Drug abuse and sharing the syringe may cause HIV infection with a cluster distribution.We must enhance the strength of education. |
