股骨近端锁定钢板治疗不稳定型老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效

目的 探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗不稳定型老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果.方法 对31例需要手术的不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的老年患者均使用锁定钢板治疗.结果 31例患者术后出现贫血及低蛋白血症5例,经对症治疗后好转.均未出现静脉血栓、切口感染或内科合并症死亡.31例患者均获得10～18个月的随访,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间为3～8个月,髋关节功能基本正常.其中优16例,良13例,差2例,优良率为93.55％.结论 老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折需要牢固固定及早期功能锻炼;锁定钢板是治疗不稳定型老年股骨粗隆间骨折的理想内固定物.

Effect of Proximal Femoral Locking Plate in Elderlg Patients with Unstable Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of proximal femoral locking plate in elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Thirty-one elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture were surgically treated with proximal femoral locking plate. Results Five of the 31 patients had anemia and hypoalbuminemia, which were improved after symptomatic treatment. No patients had venous thrombosis and wound infection or died of medical complications. After 10 to 18 months of follow-up,all fractures healed with normal hip joint function. The healing time was 3-8 months. Among the 31 patients,results were excellent in 16,good in 13 and poor in 2. The excellent and good rate was 93.55%. Conclusion Firm fixation and early functional exercise should be performed in elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Proximal femoral locking plate is very suitable for the fixation of unstable intertrochanteric fractures.
