| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠心病患者治疗前后血清瘦素（leptin）、叶酸（FA）和维生素B12（VitB12）水平的变化及意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析对78例冠心病患者进行治疗前后血清leptin、FA和VitB12测定（其中稳定型心绞痛35例,不稳定型心绞痛26例,急性心肌梗死17例）,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：冠心病患者在治疗前血清leptin水平非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0.01）,而FA和VitB12水平则显著地低于正常人组（P〈0.01）,急性心肌梗死组和不稳定型心绞痛组又高于稳定型心绞痛组（P〈0.05）,经治疗一个月后血清leptin、FA和VitB12水平与正常人组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：检测冠心病患者血清leptin、FA和VitB12水平的变化对冠心病的发生与发展以及疗效预后观察均具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of determination of serum leptin, FA and VitB12 levels after treatment in patients with coronary heart diseases. Methods Serum leptin, FA and VitB12 levels were determined with RIA in 78 patients with CHD (35SAP, 26UAP, 17AMI) and 35 controls.
