| 摘 要： | 目的为了探讨伤寒短程治疗的有效药物。方法 :应用左旋氧氟沙星 (LFX) 0 .2 g口服或静脉滴注 ,2次 /d ,治疗经血培养或骨髓培养确诊的伤寒 5 0例 ,疗程 7d ;另用氧氟沙星 (OFX) 4 2例作对照 ,剂量 0 .2 g口服或静脉滴注 ,2次 /d ,疗程 7d。结果 :LFX组有效率为 10 0 % ,与OFX组 10 0 %相似 ,显效、有效病例两组间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,两组副作用均少而轻微。结论 :左旋氧氟沙星LFX是短程治疗伤寒的又一安全有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to study the effective drugs for short_course treatment in patients with typhoid fever.Methods:Levofloxacin (LFX) (200mg,bid) was given orally or intravenously for 7 days in the treatment of 50 patients with typhoid fever confirmed by blood and/or born marrow cultures;ofloxacin (OFX)(200mg,bid) was given orally or intravenously for 7 days in the control treatment.Results:LFX resulted in complete cure of all 50 patients with typhoid fever similar to OFX.Between LFX group and OFX group there were not significant difference( P >0.05).The adverse effects of the studied drugs were mild.Conclusions:LFX is an effective,safe drug of short_course treatment for typhoid fever. |
