加强设备管理 促进妇幼卫生工作发展

联合国儿童基金会、联合国人口基金与卫生部妇幼卫生司对本周期各省(自治区、直辖市)所有的项目单位的项目设备管理和使用情况进行了全面调查。其结果显示,各省的各级领导对妇幼卫生项目给予了充分的重视和支持,充分发挥了项目设备的作用,有力地推动了妇幼卫生事业的发展。本文对建立设备管理机构、配备人员、提供设备使用的条件和环境,项目设备管理和使用情况,项目设备管理中存在的问题及对策进行了阐述。

Strengthing the Admimistration of Equipmets for Promoting Development of MCH

In this Project Period,an comprehensive investigation of the situation of administraton and utilization of the projets equipments was made by UNICEF,UNFPA and Maternal and Child Health Dep. of Ministry of Public health in the project provinces (municipalities directly under the central government,autonomous regions). The result indicated that the leader-bodies of these provinces have attached importance and given fully supports to the maternal and child health care project. These authorities have brought affect of projects equipments into full play and promoted development in maternal and child health care undertakings. Some good ideas about setting up institutions, manpower, conditions and circumstances of utilization of project equipment.problems and countermeasures in administration of equipment were provided in this paper.
