某大学学生艾滋病知识态度行为调查

目的 了解在校大学生对艾滋病的知识、态度、行为现况,评价学校艾滋病健康教育效果.方法 制订调查方案并设计调查表,对学生进行艾滋病知识问卷调查.结果 收取有效问卷2 648份,对艾滋病传播途径、预防措施项回答正确率均高于78.02%;非传播途径项回答正确率在64.95%～78.17%之间;只有少数人（1.89%）参与过预防艾滋病公益性活动,87.08%以上的同学对感染者和患者存在歧视态度和恐惧心理;艾滋病知识的来源主要是报纸、杂志（32.40%）,其次是电视、电台（27.04%）,而通过学校渠道获取的仅占16.47%.结论 消除学生对艾滋病的偏见和恐惧心理,提高学生对艾滋病的认知是今后学校宣传教育的重点.

Investigation on Knowledge, Attitude, Behavior Related AIDS of College Students

Objective To understand the present status of AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior of college students, and to evaluate the effect of AIDS health education. Methods Research plan was made, questionnaires was designed, and students were asked to finish the questionnaire. Results 2 648 qualified questionnaires were collected. The rate of right answer to AIDS spread and preventive measures was higher than 78.07%.The rate of right answer to non-spreading questions was about 64.59%-78.17%. Only a few students (1.89%) have ever joined in AIDS preventing activities of public welfare, and 87.08% students had discrimination and fear attitude to the infector and patient of AIDS. The college students' AIDS knowledge was mainly from newspaper and magazine (32.40%),secondly from TV and radio station (27.04%),only 16.47% from school. Conclusion Elimination of prejudice and fear of AIDS in students and enhancement of the AIDS understanding are the key points of school propaganda education in future.
