| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石的疗效及临床价值。方法对2004年1月～2007年6月682例中下段输尿管结石，镜下扩张输尿管后行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术。结果一次性单侧输尿管结石碎石成功率85％（435／512），166例联合应用体外震波碎石术成功，4例单侧输尿管结石碎石成功，对侧置入双J管失败。治疗过程中无并发症发生。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术是治疗输尿管结石的有效手段，具有创伤小、安全性高、疗效确切等优点。
