LEEP术后联合苏肤凝胶治疗慢性中重度宫颈糜烂的疗效分析

目的观察宫颈糜烂LEEP术后应用苏肤凝胶促进创面修复愈合的疗效。方法随机选取148例宫颈糜烂中、重度患者,以单纯LEEP刀治疗为对照组（68例）,以LEEP刀术后应用苏肤凝胶1疗程为观察组（80例）,比较两组疗效。结果观察组创面修复时间为（3.65±0.67）周,明显短于对照组（5.85±0.72）周,P〈0.05];术后观察组阴道出血发生率明显低于对照组,且以点状出血为主,出血时间为（7.22±0.51）天,明显低于对照组（17.54±0.38）天,P〈0.05]。结论宫颈糜烂LEEP术后应用苏肤凝胶能加速创面上皮修复,缩短宫颈创面修复时间。

The curative effect of LEEP technique combined with sufu gelation on patients with cervical erosion

Objective To observe the curative effect of sufu gelatin on wound after cervical erosion LEEP technique.Methods 148 cases of cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in the observation group and 68 cases in the control group.The curative effects were observed.Results The time of wound repaired of observation group and control group was 3.65 ±0.67 weeks and 5.85 ±0.72 weeks（P0.05）.The colporrhagia formation rate of observation group is lower than that of the control group.The bleeding time of observation group and control group was 7.22 ±0.51 days,and 17.54 ±0.38 days（P0.05）.Conclusion Application of sufu gelation after cervical erosion LEEP technique can accelerate the injured area epidermis repair and reduce the time of wound repair.
