地塞米松联合垂体后叶素治疗咯血疗效分析

目的评价地塞米松加硝酸甘油联合治疗咯血的疗效。方法应用地塞米松加垂体后叶素联合治疗咯血50例定为联合治疗组,并把同期应用垂体后叶素单药治疗咯血50例定为对照组,对比分析其疗效及不良反应。结果在治疗48 h后显示:联合治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。在控制大咯血时,联合治疗组有效率83.3%,对照组有效率66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在控制中量咯血时,联合治疗组有效率75.0%,对照组有效率58.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在控制小咯血时,联合治疗组有效率93.8%,对照组有效率68.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地塞米松联合垂体后叶素治疗咯血较垂体后叶素单药疗效明显提高,不良反应明显减少。

Analysis of Dexamethasone with Pituitrin in Combinative Therapy with Hemoptysis
