普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床观察

目的:观察普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(post-herpetic neuralgia,PHN)的有效性和安全性。方法:52例PHN患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=26)采用传统药物治疗,治疗组(n=26)采用普瑞巴林,剂量从150 mg·d-1起,根据服药后患者疼痛的缓解程度以及不良反应予以调整,疗程4周。采用数字疼痛评分量表(NRS)评估用药前及第1,2和4周的疼痛程度。结果:两组用药后NRS评分均降低,普瑞巴林组治疗后1,2和4周的NRS评分明显低于对照组。普瑞巴林组不良反应较少且轻微,主要表现为头晕和嗜睡。结论:普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛有效且安全。

Efficacy and safety of pregabalin in patients with post-herpetic neuralgia

Objective: To determine the efficacy and safety of pregabalin in patients with post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods: A total of 52 patients with PHN were randomly divided into 2 groups,and treated with either routing medicine therapy(control,n=26) or pregabalin therapy(n=26).The initial dose of pregabalin was 150 mg every day.The dose was adjusted according to the alleviating degree of pain and side effects,and the treatment maintained for 4 weeks.The pain severity was quantified using numeric rating scales(NRS) at the beginning of study,and 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results: After treatment,the score of NRS decreased.The NRS was obviously lower in pregabalin group than in control group 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment.The adverse reactions were less and milder in pregabalin group.The common adverse events were dizziness and somnolence.Conclusion: Pregabalin is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia.
