| 摘 要： | 目的:建立枣仁安神液中五味子醇甲的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:SupelcosilTMLC-18-DB ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长250 nm。结果:浓度在0.32～1.28μg范围内与色谱峰面积呈线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率96.6%(n=9)。结论:方法简便、快速,精密度和稳定性良好,适合于枣仁安神液生产的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an HPLC method for schisandrin in Zaoren Anshen oral solution.Methods:SupelcosilTM LC-18-DB ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted as analytical column with mobile phase of methanol-water(60∶ 40) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and detective wavelength was 250 nm.Results:The standard curve was good linear in the range of 0.32-1.28 μg(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 96.6%(n=9).Conclusion:The HPLC method is convenient,quickly,selective and accurate,which can be used for quality control for Zaoren Anshen oral solution. |
