地虎糊膏抗炎作用研究

目的:观察地虎糊膏对豚鼠亚急性湿疹的治疗作用。方法:用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)诱导豚鼠背部亚急性湿疹模型,模型豚鼠随机分为三组,治疗组豚鼠右耳外侧涂地虎糊膏,对照组右耳外侧涂消炎癣湿药膏,模型组不涂药。观察各组豚鼠右耳肿胀度、增厚度及组织病理切片中炎症细胞数计数的改变。结果:地虎糊膏能有效的减轻亚急性湿疹豚鼠耳廓肿胀度、增厚度,抑制其炎症渗出。结论:地虎糊膏对亚急性湿疹有明显的抗炎作用。

Study on the anti-inflammatory effects of Dihu paste

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Dihu paste on subacute eczema in guinea pigs.METHODS By using 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)-induced guinea pig back subacute eczema model,the animals were randomly divided into three groups: the treatment group treated with Dihu paste at the lateral side of guinea pig right auricle;the control group besmeared with antiphlogistic tinea and eczema ointment at the lateral side of guinea pig right auricle;the model group was not treated with drugs.The swelling,thickness of the guinea pig auricle and the changes in inflammatory cell counts of histo-pathologic slices were observed.RESULTS The Dihu paste could effectively ameliorate subacute eczema symptoms and reduce the swelling,thickness of the guinea pig auricle,inhibit the inflammatory exudates.CONCLUSION The Dihu paste has obvious anti-inflammatory effect on subacute eczema in guinea pigs.
